WingVOControl

No automatic collection by MAVEA

WingVOControl does not send personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or crash reports to MAVEA. It has no account system, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. No personal data is sold or shared by the app with advertising or analytics providers.

Mixer communication

The app communicates with the WING mixer you connect to on your local network. This includes mixer settings, names, control commands, and status needed to operate the console. This communication does not pass through a MAVEA server. Local network access can be changed in macOS System Settings; disabling it prevents live mixer control.

Local files and settings

Presets, shows, and app settings are stored locally on your Mac. Files are imported or exported only when you choose to do so. Local data remains until you delete it. Use the app’s delete controls for stored presets and shows, and delete exported copies in Finder. App settings, exports, and system backups are separate copies; contact us if you need help locating or removing them. MAVEA has no remote access to these files.

When you contact support

Opening an email link or the support website is optional. Email is sent only when you send it in your email application. If you contact MAVEA, we receive your email address and the message, attachments, and technical details you choose to include. We use these to answer your request, investigate the issue, and follow up on a solution. Do not send passwords or information unrelated to the request.

Support retention and deletion

We retain support correspondence for up to 12 months after the case is closed, then delete it unless the information must be retained by law. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent to us by emailing post@mavea.no. We may need to retain information where a legal obligation applies. Because the app has no account and sends no user data to MAVEA automatically, there is no app account or remotely stored app profile to delete.

Apple and website services

App Store purchases and any diagnostics you choose to share with Apple are handled under Apple’s own privacy terms and your system settings. MAVEA does not receive your payment card details through WingVOControl. Visiting this website is separate from using the app: the site is hosted with GitHub Pages, whose provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. The site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
