WingVO Remote does not collect data for MAVEA and has no account, advertising, or third-party analytics.
Local mixer communication
The app communicates directly with the WING mixer on your local network. Mixer commands, settings, names, and level data do not pass through a MAVEA server. Disabling local network permission in iPad Settings prevents live connection and discovery.
Local settings and imported files
Channel names, favorites, groups, stereo link selections, and mute confirmation preferences are stored on your iPad. Preset files are read only when you choose to import them. MAVEA has no remote access to these files or settings. Delete the app to remove its local app data, and delete any separate preset files and backups yourself.
Optional support
If you email post@mavea.no, MAVEA receives the address, message, attachments, and technical details you choose to send. We use them to answer and investigate your request. We retain support correspondence for up to 12 months after the case is closed, unless retention is required by law. You can request access, correction, or deletion by email.
Apple and this website
App Store purchases and diagnostics you choose to share with Apple are handled under Apple’s privacy terms and your system settings. MAVEA does not receive your payment card details. This website is hosted by GitHub Pages, which may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. The site adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
